Convert Publisher to PDF without Publisher
If you no longer have Microsoft Publisher, you can still create accessible PDF copies of your old .pub files without rebuilding every document by hand.
Why PDF should be the first rescue copy
PDF is widely supported on Windows, Mac, phones, and tablets. It is suitable for viewing, sharing, printing, and preserving the appearance of an old publication.
Microsoft also recommends exporting important Publisher files to PDF before Publisher reaches end of support in October 2026.
