What end of support means
End of support does not erase your files. It does mean Publisher will no longer be a dependable long-term way to access important documents.
Creating PDF and editable PowerPoint copies helps protect future access for staff, volunteers, family members, and vendors.
Start with the most important folders
Prioritize files that are still reused, legally important, hard to recreate, or part of a shared archive. Bulk conversion can handle the rest in organized groups.
