Refund policy

Report a payment or delivery problem
If a paid conversion or export fails, a paid download remains locked, or you believe you were charged twice or incorrectly, contact daniel@convertmypub.com with the subject ConvertMyPub refund request. Include your account email, payment date, receipt or payment reference, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers.
How requests are handled
We review the payment and job records and may ask for details needed to reproduce the issue. Depending on the issue, we may restore access, retry processing, correct an incorrect charge, or issue a refund. A preview should be reviewed before purchase; complex layouts and unsupported Publisher features may affect the output.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Cancel through the account billing controls to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not itself request a refund for the current billing period. Contact support separately if a subscription charge was incorrect or paid features were unavailable.
Refund processing
When a refund is approved, it is returned through the payment provider to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the provider and your bank. This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.
