Using ConvertMyPub
Use ConvertMyPub only for files you own or have permission to process. You retain your rights to your documents and permit us and our service providers to process them to deliver the features you request. Do not use the service for unlawful content or to interfere with other accounts or the service.
Conversion and editing
ConvertMyPub converts Publisher files to PDF and PowerPoint and offers a browser editor. Original-look PowerPoint pages may be pictures rather than individually editable elements. AI redesign is a separate option. Fonts, complex groups, effects, and unsupported Publisher features can affect results. Review previews and downloaded files before printing, publishing, or relying on them.
Prices and purchases
Conversion-only purchases are one-time payments, with the exact total shown before checkout. Eligible new editor subscriptions include a 7-day free trial with a saved payment method required. Your payment method is charged $14.99 at the end of the trial and monthly afterward unless you cancel before the charge through Manage subscription. A trial is available once per account. The editor subscription is $14.99 per month and includes unlimited files, editing, downloads and original-look conversions while the subscription is active. AI redesign is separate. File-size, batch-size, storage retention and concurrent processing safeguards apply.
Recurring subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Use the account billing controls to cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the paid period. Failed or unconfirmed payments may suspend paid access.
Accounts and storage
Keep your login secure. Uploaded originals, converted outputs and saved editor projects are preserved until you delete them or request deletion. Signed download links expire for security and can be renewed through your account.

Contact daniel@convertmypub.com with the subject ConvertMyPub support for account, billing, or output problems. Refund requests are handled under our refund policy. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
