Product milestones
We retain limited account milestones such as a successful upload, imported editor project, saved edit, shared document and verified paid subscription period to understand service reliability and help customers get started. These records contain no document content or filenames and remain after document deletion. With measurement permission, the browser also reports when an edited PDF download is initiated; this does not confirm that the file was saved to your device. You can decline this browser measurement, and we respect Global Privacy Control.
Advertising measurement
With your permission, Google Ads cookies measure whether an ad leads to a completed editor trial or a paid purchase. We send the event type, purchase value (zero for a free trial), currency, a transaction reference, and a page category. We do not send document content, filenames, support messages, account email, job tokens, or payment credentials to Google. Advertising personalization and enhanced conversions are disabled. You can decline measurement, and we respect Global Privacy Control. Clear the site's browser storage to reset your choice.
What we collect
We process your account email, uploaded documents and images, editor changes, job status, and purchase or subscription records. We also process technical information needed to operate the service, investigate errors, and prevent abuse.
How we use information
We use this information to convert and edit your files, save your projects, deliver downloads, manage access and billing, and respond to support requests. If you choose AI redesign, document content is processed by the redesign service to produce the requested output.
Service providers and payments
Hosting, storage, authentication, document processing, and payment providers process information needed to deliver their services. Stripe processes card payments; our app stores payment references and billing status rather than full card numbers.
File retention
We preserve uploaded originals, converted outputs and saved editor projects until you delete them or request deletion. Scheduled maintenance does not delete these files. Signed download links expire for security; you can obtain a new link through your account. Payment records and information needed for accounting, security, or resolving disputes may be kept longer. Local editor recovery data can remain in your browser until it is cleared.
Your choices
You can delete supported files and projects from your account and contact support to request access, correction, account deletion, or earlier file deletion. Some records may need to remain for payment reconciliation or other applicable obligations. Browser storage is used for sign-in and editor recovery.
