How package limits work
A package is complete when either its file limit or page limit is reached. The scan step estimates both before you choose a package.
If your archive is larger than a listed package, choose a larger plan or Migration Concierge for planning and exception review.
Manual review requests are included
If a converted file has a problem, you can request a review from the results page. Manual document reconstruction is quoted separately when a file needs rebuilding rather than conversion review.
